    I do like the new look beversbrook practice, but miss being able to make an appointment via a receptionist, there is even piped music rather than the local wiltshire radio station playing, but felt more like I was in a funeral directors, something a bit more upbeat would bring some cheer. Very efficient booking in system screen, and very prompt timing, no waiting around.

    This GP does not in my mind have a great reputation for face to face consultations. He is given to handing out bland generalised comments and advice which sounds good until analysed later. Other more junior doctors at the practice actually listen and try to help; this one not so much!
