The communication I received from the surgery was clear and concise. The GP I saw, listened to my concerns and explained everything.

I personally never have a problem with appointments or my repeat prescriptions. Plus for some reason when being referred for a hospital appointment my waiting time has been minimal.

I was so happy with the service I received today. The doctor was so lovely, friendly and reassuring. In fact the best dr I have come across I feel. Everything was checked out and I wasn’t made to feel I was taking up her time. I put off making an appointment as I felt there were many more people that needed the appointment. I’m so glad I did as I might at last have an answer to my headaches and neck pain. Thank you, we are so lucky to have this surgery and am grateful to the NHS.

Doctor was 15minutes late for my appointment and when he did see me he kept talking over me. When he explained about my condition he contradicted himself and by the end I wasn’t reassured. I tried a few times to re explain but he would talk over me again and miss the point. Should also mention the car park is tiny, unless you have a very small car I would avoid it as someone’s either likely to hit your car trying to get out or you’ll get stuck.

I saw a Doctor about an on going issue. The Doctor made me feel heard and was very thorough. I'm very happy with the service this surgery provide. The reception team are always friendly and helpful and they have a great team of Doctors and Nurses.
