    The doctor listened to me about my health problems. Explained what tests would be done to see if further investigation is needed. He was very reassuring.

    Both the doctor and admin staff very very helpful. The doctor particularly so ensuribg follow on appointments were at an acceptable time.

    A very effective GP consultation. I'm perfectly happy that my concerns were listened to, proper examination took place, advice was given and there's a plan in place for diagnosis. It helped to be given a double appointment and I appreciated getting the appointment in a reasonable time. I felt treated with respect and interest.

    Like all times I visit the practice it was a positive one. As expected they provided their consistent caring and friendly service. All the team were friendly on the phone and during the visit. The surgery was clean and tidy. The only downside is that I wished to speak with a GP who might have more experience or training than an advanced practitioner, but I was referred to an advanced practitioner more. There has been no negative impact as a result of this, however I think there is more work to be done to build confidence in patients about using advanced practitioners. I for one always feel the most confident with a GP when discussing a new issue.

    This was my first visit to the surgery and I was highly impressed. Very helpful greeting at the reception and the practice manager assisted me in registering for the online app. The GP was attentive and listened to me and then explained the best way forward re my needs. The surgery itself is purpose built and very user friendly.

    Took 3 weeks to get an appointment but once there the waiting time was short and the doctor very professional. I did not feel rushed and happy with the out come.
