    I had an emergency appointment. The clinician saw straight away what my problem was and quickly proceeded to all the checks and prescribe medication needed. She is 1 of only 3 clinicians I trust at this practice. She is the only 1 my daughter trusts and sees. It's a shame that names are not allowed on these reviews as seems unfair they won't get the recognition deserved. I only come to the practice in an emergency and that is rare as the revolving doors of clinicians make it an unfriendly place and receptionists who act they are qualified and can tell you if you need an appointment or not is not acceptable. I'd like to add I had to ring 111 for an emergency appointment to be arranged at the practice

    Great service without waiting weeks to see a doctor. I managed to get three appointments within 2 weeks. Usually I have to wait about three weeks to get an appointment.

    A very good experience. It is so good to see the same doctor, as he had followed my problems. I didn’t have to keep repeating what was wrong, which wastes a lot of time. Continuity. Brilliant.
