The doctor really took the time to understand how I was feeling, discussing illnesses I have, and what it could potentially be, understanding I am not right but I don't know why. Thank you so much for the care you showed, I really felt like someone was listening to me which has not been the case for the surgery for a very lo g time, and I actually have dread going

I like the fact that we can correspond via the message service. Saves time for both sides and often negates the need for a face to face

Didn’t have to wait too long for the appointment and the doctor was very thorough and friendly. Referral was made straight away. Great overall experience.

Very friendly and was pretty much on time, which pretty much never happens nowadays. Mainly I felt listened too...which again, is a rare occurrence nowadays

I saw a senior nurse practitioner and was very happy with the way she made me welcome. She was very helpful and clear when telling me what she was going to do. I came away feeling that she had listened to me and was doing all she could for me.
