This practise is getting worse. Had an "emergency" appointment booked from Monday to see the nurse Tuesday, so I booked in on the computer, wasn't told she was running very very late. Over 45 mins late. Then she took a private call during my appointment. She couldn't have rushed my appointment any more. After waiting that long for my appointment in the first place, I wasn't in the mood. Not a great practice

The doctor that attending my appointment was very attentive, understanding and kind and helped me to understand and give me a solution with my problem

Visited the Surgery yesterday. The Check In Facility is much better than waiting for the Receptionist to book you in. My Appointment was a little late running but Dr was very thorough. Came away feeling relieved.

I saw Doctor at Beversbrook. She was very knowledgable and took the time to listen to me about peri menopause and gave me lots of info about HRT.

Saw a nurse and not only did they diagnose my issue, I also got my BP, heart rate, ears and weight checked. A brilliant service.

Had terrible pain in left-hand side of stomach. Wondered what the problem was. Conultation very informative and helpful. I was dagnosed with severe constipation. Already had four packs of Laxido at home and it took at least five sachets before problem was solved! I was still in pain during the night and now need further supply of pain killers.
