My visit was fine. My appointment was cancelled in the morning but I was given another one for same day. Doctor was very helpful and honest. Over all good experience. I do not like the car park. Its really difficult to park and even it was not full of cars. I can’t imagine parking there if its fully occupied.

Very satisfied with my visit yesterday. The doctor was very informative. Happy to answer any questions asked. He explains clearly the procedure he was about to do and ensured that I was happy with him to go ahead.

Arrived promptly at Beversbrook. One GP appeared to be on duty that afternoon. Mood music was really irritating..not soothing whatsoever. This needs to be changed please :-) Waited a while to see Dr She apologised for keeping me waiting. Was efficient thorough in her examination. Despite IT technical difficulties with software system and printing of sick note this was resolved. She was friendly and prescribed me appropriate mediation for my ENT infection. Offered clear guidance and advice and timelines around expected recovery for my and also should my condition worsen or not improve.

All my concerns and queries were dealt with in a friendly manner and a second opinion sought in order to be sure of a correct diagnosis. This gave me the reassurance I needed and left me feeling that I had been dealt with very professionally.

Quiet and clean environment in the surgery and reception. Nurse was fantastic. Genuinely interested in what I was saying and really listened. Made me feel at ease and answered all my questions.
