    I went in for a HRT review & I explained my symptoms & the nurse said I don’t know what to say!! She then said oh you are due an X-ray!! I said no I’m not I’ve had a hip replacement & she said oh ok

    I’ve been seen by my doctor to review my recent blood test. They have been thorough to find out reasons why my results didn’t improve and gave me several options to choose for a treatment. We agreed on what I thought is best for me and have some medication prescribed and will review again in 3 month time.

    The doctor I saw was very nice. There is no need for a receptionist as there is no acknowledgement from them as you come in. You sign in on the screen and take a seat. Receptionist didn’t even look up. Same as I left. I said thank you. Which prompted her to say “take care”

    Reception was polite and helpful. I wasn’t kept waiting. Dr was efficient, friendly and makes me feel that I am his only patient because he remembers everything about me. Brilliant.

    Saw GP for an ongoing problem and received great treatment which will make huge difference to my pain levels and mobility. Very happy with how I was treated throughout and level of compassion and care from doctor. Also had a telephone review for other ongoing treatment and was treated warmly with consideration and care. I appreciate they are busy and appointments may take a while to receive but when you are seen everyone is lovely.

    I would like say that the attention I received from the doctor who attended to my appointment was exemplary. He took my comments seriously and acted promptly to arrange ongoing consultations and treatments. However, the appointment was over 30 minutes late and I was not seen by the originally proposed “training” doctor. I did not have an issue with being seen by a trainee doctor. I watched every single other person go in to their appointments within 10 minutes of arrival - many were quicker. When I enquired politely, I was told I was next. Maybe someone was ill - for whatever reason my appointment was late, it would haven professional to let me know. I find that surgeries particularly ours tend to think they are only people who are busy.
