    Even though I was late arriving, I was seen promptly. Dr was very thorough & answered my questions with good suggestions.

    Appointment booked on line, I was kept up to date & had no issues. I need follow up treatment & it seems to be going through smoothly so far so the system can work! The nurse practitioner was fantastic!

    Professional practitioner dealing with me listened to my concerns diagnosed the problem and agreed a course of action. Although my appointment was late I was given adequate time and never felt rushed,however the practitioner was clearly under some time constraints maybe because some appointments had taken longer than expected.

    I changed to this practice several months ago. I have nothing but praise for them. Each Dr/nurse I have seen have been friendly, helpful and thorough. Several minor health issues that my previous practice dismissed have been sorted. I’m finding the level of care exceptional and appointments not difficult to get for non emergencies, there is a wait to get one but not excessive. Best decision I made was moving to this practice!

    I called the practice and spoke to the receptionist about getting a Dr to call me to discuss issues I'm having. I was told to use a link to arrange an appointment and that it would be changed to a phone appointment as soon as it was received. I made appointment for 11:15 on 18th Jan. I waited in for the call but no one called me at all !? Kevin Hatchman.

    I am always impressed with the treatment I get at this surgery. The waiting time is usually 10 or 15 mins later than scheduled but this is to be expected. Everyone is polite and professional. I feel heard and taken care of.
