It's a good practice, very good doctors. But waiting times for appointments are abysmal. Could definitely have a knock on effect for treatment. But I guess other practice's have similar problems.

I needed an urgent appointment, after a very short wait on the phone the receptionist booked me into see a GP within an hour and a half. The GP was running on time and I was picking up my medication within 20 minutes. Great experience.

So impressed with my doctor's. I was seen on time. My appointment was easy. My GP was very good, he listened, involved me in all aspects of my treatment and seemed in no hurry to end my appointment. This is a first class practice and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

The staff were very friendly especially the practice nurse who I saw. She made me feel very welcome and at ease, The surgery was very clean and tidy.

It was very nice to see my own GP and to be able to discuss my needs with him. My GP is very good at what he does and listens to you, which quite often a simple chat can solve many issues.
