    Pleasantly welcome on arrival from the receptionist and reassurance from the GP came away happy except for the parking situation.

    Receptionist is always pleasant and doctors really approachable. Always pleasant and helpful on the telephone with you and you're not spoken to as if you're silly.

    I haven’t had to use the facility for a while but can honestly say the entire experience gets a 10 out of 10 from me from calling the practice to getting an appointment on the same day - such a positive experience with all the improvements. Thank you to all staff - from reception, pharmacist and doctor - much appreciated when you’re not feeling well.

    The surgery responded promptly to my message, rang me the next day to offer me an appointment within 2 hours that day. The Dr was excellent - polite, thorough & advised me that he will be contacting various departments (general surgery/X ray department. Any problems meantime - to contact surgery.

    First, the reception and waiting area was cool clean and pleasant. Second the experience with the GP was really helpful and positive. The plans for follow up were clear. I came away feeling that my situation was well understood and appreciated. Thank you.

    Dr. was friendly & I felt relaxed enough to explain my problem. He examined my foot & asked appropriate questions. Explained what I should do & how to treat problem & return if condition becomes worse.
