    Used Patchs on Monday and received an appointment through for the Wednesday. GP very helpful, left feeling like I'd been listened to and happy with care received.

    During the last few months I have had numerous reasons to use the Patford House partnership, on each visit/appointment I was treated in a very professional and courteous manner. Staff went above and beyond to sort me out. I am now well on the way to a normal life again.A huge well done and thanks to the partnership staff.Regards Gerry Hynes

    I attended the surgery with a skin problem and was seen very quickly by a nurse and she took her time, was thorough and now referred on for further investigation.

    Simple check in on screen, seen on time. Lovely Dr who spent time listening to my woes. Thank you My one complaint would be the lack of easily manoeuvrable car parking spaces. Thank the lord for powered steering.

    I arrived in time to have both my covid booster and flu jabs. Friendly welcome by volunteer who apologised there would be a wait as some people had arrived early. A lovely sunny day so that was no problem - chairs to sit on were appreciated. I waited about 30 minutes but everyone we came across inside the centre were welcoming and friendly, and even with a sense of humour which as this was 1 pm and two people had been in since 7 am was remarkable. Efficient and painless jabs with the usual precautions taken. All positive, thank you.

    I was given an appointment with a doctor 5 days after my initial contact with reception. It was not an emergency. The consultation resulted in a prescription for medication, and, apart from confusion over the location of the pharmacist, the whole process was patient-centred, sympathetic and positive.

    I had what I felt to be an embarrassing issue, but she was fabulous. She instantly put me at ease and enabled me to relax. She was open and honest and I cannot recommend her strongly enough.     I wasn’t able to get a same day appointment on Thursday and was told they don’t do same day appointments on a Friday (don't be ill on a Friday folks) but desperately needed one! The suggestion I was given was to try 111 who then contacted the surgery for me as I didn't want to travel 20 miles to their suggested centre ( purely as I was so rough). I was seen later that day at the surgery by a doctor who was lovely. I am very happy with the service I received.

    Welcome from the receptionist was friendly and competent. Waiting time for the doctor to call me in was acceptable, especially since it soon became clear that she had read my most recent email, and my notes, and knew exactly why I was there. She fully understood my concerns and was very helpful with her advice and with her prescribing and referral. Now awaiting an equally efficient response from the Great Western Hospital.
