    Visited after being in pain all night and was hoping to see a nurse or Gp if available- reception staff member was very unhelpful and curt with me even though she could see I was clearly upset and distraught- she continued to type and ignore me - shouldn't be in that job - no compassionate or empathy. GPS are fabulous.

    When I turn up in person to reception at either Beversbrook or Patford House reception staff are very patient and helpful. Medical staff listen and have time for their patients.

    Friendly receptionist. Nice clean waiting room. Only a short delay from appointment time. Nurse was very professional and explained what was happening.

    I was able to get an appointment using the patches app, however my appointment was at 11.30am and i wasn’t seen until 11.55am which delayed my day

    I saw a nurse practitioner last week who was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do well and clearly. I would definitely make another appt if needed to see this nurse and she made me feel totally relaxed about the situation.

    Lady Doctor saw my 89 year old mother for a review. She was superb, kind, considerate attentive and explored, in detail, any medical concerns that my mother had. The best experience of a GP practice for many years. Thank you.

    Priority for younger children has always been spot on! Never judgmental thorough with check ups and appointments.and not long waiting times for impatient poorly toddlers!

    The doctor was very helpful. I went to the desk after to make an appointment for a blood test. The receptionist gave me a date for the appointment and said I would receive a text which didn't arrive so I popped into Patford today to ask about it and was told there was no appointment booked for me so it was a good job I checked
