    Always had very good service with this GP practice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quick appointments offered and tidy and clean clinic.

    I went to see the nurse for bloods to be taken didnt wait long nurse victoria was lovely and got bloods 1st time which is an unusual occurence

    I was contacted by the secretary at bewick medical centre- who rang to arrange my follow up appointment and further blood tests without me having to book myself. She also received the letter from the hospital and able to let me know my tests were fine.

    I visited the doctor for the results of my knee x-ray, the doctor explained nothing could be done and taking tablets would not help at all and in future my knee may have to be replaced, but reading on various websites that is not the case, as anti inflammatorys would help and it's knee cartilage not the knee cap itself . It has left me a bit confused

    Receptionists responsive and caring and helpful to my phone request for help. Nurse practitioner saw me personally within an hour. This was followed up with a call from a GP and a discussion with me the same day and a prescription sent to chemis

    I have had lovely experiences at my GP surgery. The care and support that I have received has been incredible. The receptionists, doctors , nurses and the rest of NHS staff work tirelessly long hours to keep all of their patients safe and well. I was particularly impressed today after learning I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks to have my ears cleaned but the receptionist referred me straight away without even speaking to a doctor to my local pharmacy for some ear drops. Despite them being run off their feet she did this straight away as soon as she got off the phone. I also speak to a beautiful female doctor at my GP surgery who talks to me about my mental health and calms me down when the world seems against me. All of the staff are lovely and friendly and I'm yet to meet a mean one!!!!! Thank you to my GP surgery for looking after me and the rest of your patients. You all do a fantastic job and I admire each and every one of you thank you!! Love me x

    Old lady had been sitting for 2hours plus as I asked her how long she had been sitting . I told her to go to reception , they old her it was the wrong wrong day and they couldn’t help her . They told her to come back another day she was very upset and didn’t seem to understand and ask how she would get back . She was basically just left and no help or solution give . Surely she could have seen a dr to fit this very distressed lady in who obviously had mental issues . Very upsetting and lacking empathy my wife was upset by the lack of empathy shown , hope she was ok x Avoid this place like the plague me and my wife have been treated bad and left this place !
