Whilst having a GP referral I was offered and administered a flu jab and was also able to book a blood test. less effort than ringing up

I had call to ring for an appointment for my son, who is self-employed and cannot just leave work mid-day or at short notice. I was able to get a late evening appointment that same day. The receptionist was understanding and was able to book an appointment that suited my son’s availability. Fabulous Practices would highly recommend

Things still a little disjointed at times I had problems with my prescription following my appointment however staff were. Helpful and worked with me to rectify the problem

Came for an injection of cortisone in my left knee, doctor gave a full explanation of the procedure risks and benefits and possible timescales for the effectiveness, or not of the injection. All went well with minimum time spent.

Very pleased with the attention I received, knowledge and care . Dr was very patient in listening to me and seemed extremely knowledgeable even picked up on medication I should no longer be on , looked thoroughly at my records and notes , explained everything well and made my referral appointment for me whilst there , very satisfied.

Very efficient reception staff, they have made my appointments to see the doctor and physio convenient for me. The doctor explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, he explained the procedure and what I should expect, I have full confidence in the whole medical team. I would to thank you all and I am very grateful for all of the improvements over the past few months.
