Need to see doctor on set date at sort notice, they were very accommodating. More than happy with the outcome, it was a paperwork issue involving Dvla. Was also able sort out paperwork for blood work to be done of site.

I've rung the doctors twice this week and both times got to see Gp Excellent service couldn't ask for more . It's greatly Improved over the last year . There is no longer that dread of having to ring and wait on phone for ages . It was the first time I have met this gp and will definitely ask to see her in the future .

So helpful and taken the time to support me listen to me and help me the receptionist was also really helpful and gave me support and encouragement to book in for what I needed as they said the dr has the time to chat and not to rush in the appointment really happy with them all and the outcome

I attended for my Diabetes review and what a lovely gentleman I saw . Very professional he knew what he was talking about. Also a lovely welcome from the receptionist as well what a huge improvement to the practice keep up the good work!!

I used Patchs to request an appointment and I was delighted how quickly the Practice responded to my request. I was asked if I had any objection to being seen by a female Advanced Nurse Practitioner - I said I had no objection. The ANP was extremely professional and made me feel relaxed. She asked me many questions and explained what the options were and what she recommended - which PSA blood test, urine test and internal examination. She said the examination did not show anything abnormal, the PSA test was arranged by Reception before I left the Practice and I was given a receptacle for a urine sample.

Called the practice at 8.10am to get an appointment and waited less then 25 seconds for the call to be answered. The receptionist was very professional. Got an appointment for the same day

Ias seen for blood results. Medication was received. An explanation was give as to the reasons as to why another blood test was needed. Everything was clearly explained in detail and it was yet another great experience at this Practice from a different doctor. T he only fault I found was that my appointment was half an hour late but that could have been for many reasons.
