    The doctor was brilliant (unlike other recent experiences) and went above and beyond. He was kind and thorough and actually helped me!

    Despite a long wait as the patient ahead of me in the queue suffered serious complications I was seen by one of the other doctors who took time to read my notes, understand my issue and take steps towards a resolution.

    You were on time with the appointment. The nurse was gentle and thoughtful. Did a good job on redressing my hand. Very pleased.

    Initially had face to face for my long term insomnia, was given prescription which made me feel unwell after taking it but persevered. Didn't make any difference to my sleeping. Cancelled the follow up phone call as didn't seem worth it and would have preferred face to face not phone calls.

    Before new houses built next door, no parking spaces. And as a ppg member, greatly sad upon another 2 elderly folk, lost, and unable to get an appointment.. ( with elderly not a priority, again. ) Understaffed, undervalued underfunded, fault if goverments, whilst doing your best with oversubscription & no doctors. System going backwards not forwards.

    Everything was good, nurse great, on time. Only issue was a big queue at reception delaying check in and worried would be late for appt but nurse came down for all those with nurse appts and all was okay.

    The receptionist was very good she made a appointment for me the same day to see the doctor and also made a appointment to see the nurse for a blood test in the afternoon I was pleased to get everything done on the same day

    I was. Liked in by a nurse in early December to have a pneumonia jab and a shingles vaccine. When I arrived on the 27 th December the nurse informed me I was too early for the shingles jab? So now I have to go back 27th Feb a whole 2 months ? What a waste of an appt that someone else may need

    I could not fully hear or understand tge doctor as she was frequently coughing and at one point put me on hold so sounded like she was in a tunnel I thought ok I can log in to patient access but there is norhing entered in Consultation or Problems. I would appreciate someone confirming result of xray and confirming diagnosis.

    I received an email confirming my meds had been ordered on 20/12/2023. They weren't there just before Xmas and today, 4/1/2023, they still weren't there. Disgraceful.
