The physio explained my neck X-ray very well with a model. It was explained so I could understand it and was offered further physio appointments but declined as not too severe.

Reception staff were friendly and understanding. Doctor was very thorough and actually examined me. Explained everything clearly and referred me to a specialist. All was calm and I did not feel rushed out.

Had a telephone conversation with a GP to discuss results of some tests. Tests revealed no abnormalities but GP offered a face to face to discuss further possibilities which I found very reassuring. I know some people may have had a different experience but I feel cared for. Thank you.

Just wanted to send a little note to say thank you to the nurse that did my smear test today! I felt so relaxed and it just made the experience so much better than I had thought it would be. The nurse was so lovely and I cannot fault anything! Thank you again!

Phone system to book an appointment and being called back instead of left on hold, brilliant. Appointment given for same day. Brilliant. Reception staff very friendly but professional. Doctor very thorough. Tests were arranged and completed within 3 days. Referral to specialist, who contacted me within the week. Amazing service. Thankyou.

Course of vitamin 12 injections Excellent. Appointment with doctor as requested by surgery, doctor didn’t know why I was there. Told me the urine infection was clear which I all ready knew Then he saw reference to giddy spells and took my blood pressure . That was the end of consultation had no follow up
