As a new patient to the surgeryI found All staff members that I came across were very helpful and explained how there systems were. I had a recent operation which required a dressing change twice a week. The practice nurse was amazing and thanks to her my scar has healed really well.

Very efficient and helpful, dealt with my enquiry speedily within 2 minutes of telephoning in a friendly manner.

The delay from being asked to contact the surgery (at their request on) regarding a repeat prescription and then waiting two weeks for a call back from Dr which took three minutes and had to wait a further week for meds!!

I have never experienced any problems with this surgery. All staff, nurses and GP are all courteous and professional

Reported infection in post operation wound. Seen within 2hrs. Plus follow up appts. arranged. Happy.

Nurse helped me get an ultrasound for ongoing pain. I’m still struggling to get an appointment. If I call at 8am I’m usually 20 in the queue or when I get near front phone cuts me off. It’s very frustrating. Trying to ring on a Friday for appointments is not great either. Access to gp should be easy
