The GP consultation was very positive in relation to its focus on the ear problem and its guidance examination if my ears and throat, taking account of the related medical history, medication, telephone follow up and referral to ENT for a specialist diagnosis. The GP was helpful, communicative and addressed my questions in a helpful and interactive way.

Lady on reception was polite and didn’t rush me despite the fact I was anxious about test results whilst awaiting a call.

Same day face to face appointment. Problem identified, treatment plan explained one week later nearly cured. Cannot complain. Thank you BMC.

A face to face appointment with a doctor who listened to me and is trying to help me rather than just a voice on the end of the phone. It does make you feel that someone cares.

The nurse I saw was very kind, thorough and professional. The receptionist was a bit stern! Although efficient and arrived me in quickly.

The dr that listened and helped me while I was screaming and crying on the floor the receptionists who have been nothing but nice when I’ve rung asking questions

I would rather comment on my arrival. A 8.00am appointment i arrived at 7.45am and was told rather harshly that i was to early and could not come in. It was raining. The receptionist said my appointment was a 8.15am, my text said 8.00am. I persisted and was finally allowed in. Not a particularly welcoming start. The nurse i saw was excellent, helpful, efficient and friendly.

Efficient staff. Helpful and knowledgeable of the surgery and how its run. Listen to customers/patients then quickly deal with any problems or requests. Appreciate the opportunity to e.mail the surgery who are also quick to respond via email or telephone if thetes ever a need to do so. I feel , in this financial climate theyre coping very well and are above other surgeries Ive had to deal with for others . Thank you for all your help.

Excellent service by the practice overall. The Health Care Practice explained everything and beyond doubt is a credit to the NHS.
