I was only number 1 on my phone call to the surgery, then was amazed to be given an appointment for that morning. And just when I thought my day could not get any better, I scored a hatrick. When my name was called to see the Doctor, I was greeted in the corridor with such a warm welcome and handshake by such a pleasant Doctor. Thank you so very much.

How anxious I have become following an Ultrasound at the Surgery. I was contacted Monday after my Friday appointment but missed the call but the Doctor left a message to call back, which I did Immediately and was unable to talk to the Doctor who had just rang me and told there we no records to say I had been called. Called back in the morning at 8.03 and was 22 in the queue. By the time I was number 1 in the queue all appointments had gone. This was Tuesday told to ring back Friday! However, did explain my situation of how anxious I was and was given a telephone appointment in 7 days!

Nice automated way of booking a flu jab. However, I can’t make the (remaining) day proposed and there was no option to record this. So I’ll still have to phone the surgery.

Unfortunately I don’t think the service you provide is not good I have been on various antibiotics since I had frequent infections the hospital tell me I am on the wrong antibiotics and have issued new I spoke to a doctor the other day and he prescribed a different antibiotics and before I could tell him I was taking antibiotics from the hospital he cut me off and I don’t thick he read the notes provided to you by the hospital

Man did not listen reason for asking for a mole check . Told me long existing moles were age related. Told me to look out for weeping moles, when the whole reason for a mole check was that I cant see moles on my back and have no one who can check them.

Efficient and friendly receptionists. Doctor and Physio Triage very thorough and understanding on the two recent visits to the centre. I am new to the area and appreciated all the assistance from everyone.

The speed of referral by GP, and appointment booked, plus info re test criteria. Also that GP has followed up on this throughout. Hopefully I’ll have some answers soon.

Understanding of my needs receptionist went out of her way to resolve my problem. When I spoke with the GP he was very sympathetic and understanding.
