The nurse practitioner that I saw was very caring and wanted to help best she could, I feel like she cared and wanted to help me.

At 8am i saw a receptionist to get an appointment for my wife, who needed antibiotics for a bladder infection. The receptionist was very helpful and help organise a phone call from a Doctor.

Great consultation. One to one. Open, informative and extremely helpful. Helpful prescription. The knowledge experience of the specialist proved positive.

The doctor had asked the receptionist to make my husband an appointment to see him following phone consultation with blood results when she phoned I was questioned in depth as to why he needed an appointment surely this was unnecessary

It is difficult for patients in the queue to hear the receptionists saying "next" when they were ready to deal with the next patient. Perhaps a green and red light above the reception windows would help. Staff were friendly and professional.

The receptionist was very helpful in organising a face to face consultation wirh a doctor, the doctor patiently listened to tge oroblem, prescribed antibiotics and further investigations

Always polite friendly to me Been going to BMC for over25 years Only had 1upset with a Doctor Arrogant Counted to 10 Deep breaths problem solved. Kind feeling staff now Thank you for all you do

I managed to get an appointment in an acceptable amount of time. The nurse who took bloods was welcoming , friendly but professional, and executed the task brilliantly. I didn’t feel a thing. I felt very confident in her ability.
