    I had a phone check up for my annual asthma review which was better than last time as it was done by text. Very nice lady, asked all the right questions. The only thing was she offered me a replacement spacer but when i went to the chemist they said it the prescription hadnt come through. Perhaps it just needs more time.

    My call at 09:00hrs was answered 09:40. Whilst the receptionist was extremely polite and dealt with my matter. Why should this delay be acceptable, moreover put your staff under this pressure.

    Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Appointment was on time . Dr. very pleasant examination undertaken and advised of what was wrong and that arrangements for a scan would be requested. Excellent visit all round.

    I called into BMC at 8am on Monday 26/06/2023 with ongoing pain iny shoulder. I had a telephone consultation with a very pleasant GP the same morning and was issued with a form to have my shoulder x-rayed. I had the x-ray at 5pm on the same day and are now waiting for the results

    The doctor was familiar with the surgery I had in February and took time to understand the symptoms I was now experiencing and prescribed me with medication that has very quickly began to resolve the symptoms! Thank you again BMC!

    The whole process was painful and achieved very little as far as addressing my health concerns. Most of the receptionists I encountered during this visit were friendly and helpful however some were nothing short of arrogant and clearly lacked the ability to listen or understand the patients needs. After initially reporting an issue with my eyesight at 8am I was sent to the local opticians for an examination, sadly the optician only appeared interested in selling me glasses despite me repeatedly telling him the nature of my visit (misty vision in one eye) once he got the message it was only then that decided to begrudgingly examine the eye in question and told me I may have a cataract and I should probably get tested for diabetes, I was sent on my way without any paperwork and told to report back to the surgery. This is where I experienced the first example of poor service from a receptionist, it was now 3pm and apparently due to ludicrous bureaucracy I could not book the appointment for the blood test until the following day at 8am and only then after I've seen a Doctor. So I visit again the next day at 8am and secure my Dr's appointment (he was very attentive, helpful and professional and equally as appalled as I was at the treatment I'd recieved from R&J Moore the local opticians) Blood tests are then done and i'm told I will be phoned to arranged another eye test at hopefully a more competent eye specialist. This is where the next installment of ignorance is displayed by the receptionist staff because despite my relaying of recent events and apparently because contacting any of the other opticians on the list is too difficult for them to do digitally they try sending me back to R&J Moore's. Despite having called back in an attempt to remedy this problem I'm yet to receive any reply or follow-up a week later.

    Appointment on time for my vaccination. Nurse welcoming and cheerful. Possible side effects of the vaccine clearly explained, injection quick and painless

    I was in a great deal of pain and you gave a phone call on the 4th July in the afternoon.My daughter took me to Estuary View for an xRay. You have their recommendation but haven’t made contact.
