My auto repeat prescription for pain medication was 'mysteriously' deleted after 10+ years a few months ago. Have requested its reinstatement several times via email and it never happened. Emailed for repeat prescription again last week. Received text two days later to say request refused and GP would call me a week later. Not being able to lie in considerable pain for a week I contacted surgery appointments line next morning. Received a call back appointment for that day. When GP called back he asked what he could do to help. Why doesn't the GP read the patient's notes before consultation? I end up spending most of my consultation explaining my convoluted health background, then feel rushed explaining what the current situation is before the expiration of your alloted 10 minute appointment! I believe that it is BMC continuously struggling along with a constant change of locum doctors. There is no longer ANY continuation in service.

Liked the speed i was seen to. Was wel treated by friendly reception. Loved the proffesional approach by Doctor who also had time to hear what was going on.

I sometimes don’t understand how the Surgery gets stick, I normally mange to get appointment’s and am always called back when told. Thank you BMC.

I came in with a problem and got a good result two days quicker that expected, hopefully now my issue, will hopefully be resolved. Only time will tell, well done diabeties nurses

After my telephone consultation I felt like at last there was some sort of plan to get to the bottom of my problem. The person I spoke with sounded very knowledgeable and the fact we have planned a follow up call has made me feel reassured that I might get my issue sorted. Felt a little relief after the phone call that I was being listened too.

Very disappointed, that l have had no rresults from the first of Feb one being my ct scan chest 2 being ultra sound on heart and 3 the x-ray on my hip and thigh .after waiting all tis time no results

Telephone appointment didn’t happen When phoned surgery they said it wasn’t one despite having gone in and asked personally what message meant. Very ooor explanation as to why.
