Your receptionist was outstanding nothing was to much trouble i was in with my GP ten minutes later !

After a telephone consultation I managed to get a face to face appointment with a Dr. The first Dr appointment in 3 1/2 years. Not great but was happy to see a Dr.

It’s almost impossible to actually speak to a clinician at this practice either via e-consult or the rarest of events - getting an appointment via telephone. Even if you are lucky enough, any promised prescription is then not processed to the pharmacy for over a week! I have had nothing but poor experience of this surgery for several years. Contact is woeful and previous treatment well below NHS stated procedure for diagnosis.

Immedtate telephone response by practice nurse, who gave clear advice and raised a prescription for me. And now all resolved. Thank you Birchington Medical Centre.

On this occasion I have to say from doing a on line consult I was contacted within two days.The nurse practitioner was very efficient and advised and ordered a scan.Very satisfied at the speed of contact and treatment offered.Excellent care on this occasion Thankyou

The secretary's think they are doctors, questioning why i need to see a doctor, ive been told by the doctors to speak to them and get a regular check up because of my medication. Tgen the doctor on the phone obviously hasnt read my previous notes so i have to go through everything again. Its like pulling teeth.
