The Dr quickly understood the issue, reviewed previously prescribed drugs and issued the necessary repeat prescription after I’d been seen at Estuary View.

Lack of face to face appointments with a Doctor. No evening or weekend service, which would reduce outstanding appointments.

I had a cervical screening. The nurse was friendly and did not rush me when I asked her questions. The time I waited to go into appointment was perfectly acceptable. When making the appointment I was given a prompt date which is important to me. Thanks

Very good response to my call and made sure I was informed about appointments at hospital. The lady who done a follow up call was very good and made me feel like she cared about my health

The receptionist managed to book me in correctly, unlike last time, I was seen within a reasonable amount of time and the nurse was very nice. This time I was not added to the list of missed appointments eventhough I was waiting to be seen. There were no errors, when registering my arrival.

I eventualy got to see a doctor, he gave me a X ray booking form and advised me of what the problem was. He could have done this without actualy seeing me

The receptionist went over and above for me yesterday. I don't know her name but I do know that she has worked at the surgery for a long time. She made my visit so relaxing and even took on my problem for me and dealt with it all herself. She was great.

I was seen on time, the doctor listen to my concerns and acted with a referal for a X ray. It is very difficult to persude the receptionist that in some cases a telephone call from a doctor is not in the patients best interest.
