Nurse was very calming and tried to put me at ease, and was very caring and kind, the receptionist was very efficient and pleasant

Locum doctor was helpful and gave me prescription for pain killers. They helped but I don't take them often as they cause constipation. Dr had warned me about that. I already have this problem. Dr said I have Bursitis. Hip and back still very painful during part of the day. I have to sit and rest and that helps. I was very pleased I had a face to face appointment

Receptionist not helpful doctor asked me to return to receptionist to book a further appointment and they refused. This is not the first time that I have had a bad experience with receptionists.

I was late for appointment because of bus problems. I was allowed to be seen thanks to the Nurse I was seeing being so obliging.

Receptionist was very friendly and polite and waiting time was minimal. I saw a lovely nurse who took time with me. No complaints at all.
