The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Not arrogant and rude like in the past. The new ladies are very helpful, polite and caring

When i called up was told only phone appointments , i have a painfully shoulder , was advised my the doctor i have frozen shoulder, she told me the medication she was giving me and advised an x ray, she clearly had not read my notes as i have SCS in my left arm and was unclear if i can have an x ray that close to my SCS, doctor than say not to worty about an x ray.Why change this advise? Would have preferred to see a doctor as was unable to show my limited moment over the phone...

I did a e consultation for my daughter and they called the same day with an appointment the same day which was great and the doctor was very helpful and kind

Easy to book the blood test I needed on line and quick in and out. The new check in system wasn’t working so had to queue to let them know I was there which did take a bit of time. I forgot to let the nurse know before she’d printed the blood tube labels that my results needed to be sent to St Thomas’ so she was unable to change on the system she said. I called back in a couple of days later got a print out of the results from the very friendly and accommodating (so much better!!) receptionist and sent them myself.

Polite thorough and made positive decisions including arranging to ring me in 2 weeks time to review the situation as well as booking another appointment to examine my chest the day after if he feels it necessary. Very good

I always feel very lucky to be a patient at Birchington Medical Centre,I can always get an appointment should I need one,the Reception staff are lovely and always so helpful and understanding,the Practice Nurses are wonderful and,of course,so are the Doctors. I cannot praise BMC highly enough.Thankyou to you all for your kindness and understanding.

It is always a struggle to arrange to speak to a doctor. You have to be at the centre before 08:00 to have a doctor to phone you

Receptionist was extremely helpful, had to change face to face appointment because of contracting COVID and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Phone call by GP was exactly to the time of original appointment.Appointment by GP excellent and extremely reassuring , with prompt action for my condition .

I had a blood test by a lovely nurse, she was brilliant and made me feel at ease throughout. Everyone I saw that worked in the surgery were very friendly. Thank you!

Booked an appointment for diabetes test easily and at a convenient time. Nurse was pleasant and professional. Although told if I didn't hear anything the result was OK I did hear by App that everything was fine. Smooth and good visit.
