Fairly straightforward to get an appointment that surprisingly was for mid-morning. Didn’t have to wait too long to see the doctor who took her time and I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis. Picking up my prescription was easy and quick as well

Was very pleased from my phone call at 8 till my appointment at 9.30 Doctor listen and had a physio appointment and prescription by 11.00 thank you

Was very impressed how quickly l got through on the phone. It’s so nice to get a call back rather having to wait on the phone. Then l was amazed to get an appointment on that same day. Thankyou everybody!

The appointment was a phone appointment, which I understand, however it was 90 minutes late. I do realise that it gets very busy and there’s not much anyone can do about demand. This unfortunately makes the appointment rushed and I didn’t have much time to ask further questions about my condition or another matter, so all over it wasn’t the greatest appointment. The cream I got via prescription was expensive compared to buying it over the counter and it would have been good to know this. I hope you don’t find this too negative as the work you do is very good. The other appointments I have had have been very good. Time and demand plays havoc with us all.

Just happy with the service. Bad that you can't get an appointment when you ring and get through at 8.03 as all appointments gone.

I got an appointment the same day that I phoned. The Dr arranged treatment for me and I got a phone call the next day to arrange it. Speedy service. Thanks

Had an ear infection and would have liked to have seen a doctor but after a telephone call i got a prescription. The infection has cleared up but my hearing and pain have not , so i may have to come back. The receptionist are excellent.

I am so impressed with this GP surgery, so professional, friendly and helpful. The Doctors, nurses and receptionists are always welcoming.. the service is exceptional.. always and without fail.

The nurse at Birchington was very good and helpful and advised me to go to Eastury View at Whitstable everyone there was very helpful, and the nurse that done my stitches was very gentle and polite I have nothing but praise for all of them.
