    Staff were polite and friendly. Could do with signage has I was new to this practice and needed to ask where to go

    Dctr I spoke to was really nice. But the receptionist I spoke to was rude. I did not like the way she spoke to me. She needs to learn manners when talking to people. She was indian.

    Went to doctors as was not well saw me and examined me said I needed antibiotics. Told me to go back next week if no better

    My 4 year old Grandson has had a bad cough for weeks was given 2 inhaler and steroids but getting worse my daughter in law called today and was told to give him cough mixture? So if steroids and inhalers don't work the solution is cough mixture? This practice is getting worse by the day

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our services and only have a limited number of appointments available. Unfortunately we are not able to offer above this limited demand as we must ensure patient safety.     Apart from the receptionists who are always accommodating and understanding, very unhappy about the clinical process of this practice. It looks like the communication between each care professional is broken. I have been without meds for over a week my repeat prescription should have been updated the moment my F2F visit with the GP or the Pharmacist should have done their job properly and updated my prescription. Ordered a repeat prescription last week also left a note for the GP requesting these it looks like it was ignored or not read as can see this medication has not been ordered. I rely heavily on my NHS App than the actual practice. Fed up of having to call every month to ask for my repeat prescriptions. Also practice need to update their phone message and be honest with the patient. Automated message first recorded as COVID for a long time even when the pandemic subsided and now changed to Staff sickness, how is a patent supposed to feel confident in the practices hands? Patient care doesn’t seem to be the priority for this practice!

    I visited the practice today for my first ever smear test. I was very nervous to have this done however as soon as I met with the nurse, she instantly made me feel at ease. We had a lovely informative chat before I had the procedure. She explained to me throughout all the steps which would be taking place and made me feel so comfortable. Before I knew it, the smear test was over. I 100% recommend for all women to have your smear tests! The nurse did wonderful with me and you honestly have nothing to worry about, thank you so much.
