Rang for an appointment couldn’t get one spoke to a receptionist after waiting on the phone for 68 minutes for a sick note which has still not been received .

I phoned up for a possible Appointment.. After a conversation with the very helpful and polite receptionist she recommended 111 for more information as an appointment was not needed.

Only been with this surgery for a few months and I've been trying to get a appointment sorted on 2 occasions 1st was there was none available and to use the local UTC and the 2nd they sent me a link which took 2 attempts and then it still didn't work and was advised I would get a call back which never materialised, So I've got to say its the most woeful GP surgery I've ever used, if you want an appointment forget it and I feel sorry for the reception staff who take the brunt but the blame is higher up as usual, So I am moving to another practice, so if your looking for a new GP surgery stay well clear.

Had an appointment with the diabetes HCA following a recent diagnosis for diabetes. They explained everything that I needed to know regarding how the condition will be monitored and managed including all the support and periodic reviews in the coming months. Also completed an examination of my feet, discussed an education course which I will be referred to and provided various literature for me to read to improve my knowledge. A good experience.
