I attended today for a diabetes review. My nurse was very pleasant, professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly to me.

Pharmacy team member was very friendly, helpful and kindly sorted my issue out. It's just frustrating that people's time is wasted in dealing with things that could have been avoided.

Good consultation. Nice nurse and very helpful. Have regular reviews and always friendly staff. Very good help and advice given from the nurse

After weeks I finally got an appointment and the dr was lovely when she told me to come for a f2f appointment and got me sorted straight away

After trialing a new medication, this was due to run out so I contacted the GP surgery. After explaining the issue, the receptionist advised that a Pharmacy member of staff would contact me the following morning to discuss this further. As agreed, a member of the Pharmacy team contacted me the following morning. After listening to my concerns and asking about my well being, she explained that she would give me a months worth of the new medication, to continue taking the dosage recommended by the GP and that a member of staff would contact me in 3 weeks time to see how it's going. Very happy with the polite and caring nature of the staff and the organisation in what has been a difficult time for me. Thank you.

I had a routine blood pressure test. I found the lady on the front desk very friendly and smiley! The lady who took my test was efficient, relatable and easy to get along with. I found her professional and informative.

I've phoned with a query today about my daughter's medication and the reception team could not have been more helpful, showing customer care and understanding. They do a fantastic job and are real assets to the practice!

Had to call for appointment , although there were no routine appointments , receptionist listened to my concerns and offered advice and alternatives . showed genuine interest in me as a person and followed up with a call
