If you can get to see a gp or nurse you get the best treatment. But...... Been trying to get an appointment for a week calling from 8am, but 3 times over the last week I've got to no12/14 in queue after nearly an Hours waiting for the phone to go dead. I have just got off phone again!! after 50 mins for once again to get to no12 and the phone goes dead. I am not going to bother no more !!!!!!!!!!

Dear Kathleen Margaret Cleaver I am sorry to see that you have struggled to contact the Practice via the telephone. We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines and our patient services team has been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure. I recognise that difficulties in accessing the Practice can be extremely frustrating for our patients and I apologise unreservedly for any upset or inconvenience. Kind regards Patient Experience Team

Had a smear test with a lovely nurse who explained everything in detail & was very reassuring on 20/12/22 at 11am. Made me feel at ease- compliments to the nurse & the receptionist who was very welcoming.

Rubbish phone system. Over hour and half left waiting to still not get an appointment, and still get told call back at 8 tomorrow. Pre book appointments never seen to exist either.

From the first port of call the receptionists always efficient and can't do enough for you The Doctors and practitioner nurses are so professional and will try there best for you

Receptionist staff are really helpful and caring. Doctor completed assessment with great care and completeness. I was contacted each time results from external referrals were received and were discussed in great detail.

I left swanpool to move to Neptune.. best thing I did. All receptionists are helpful and lovely :) would defo recommend people to move here. Thank you ladies
