    I had my smear test at the Clinic. I must say my experience from previous other clinic was really bad and I was scared but this time I haven't even felt anything and the lady was really really nice. Made my experience really good.

    Overall this is a good gp practice. Plus blood tests , x ray services and physio ! I have been registered here for many years. I have never had any problems with the doctors or nurses. Some of them have been and are great. I think that their telephone system could be improved but I imagine that other similar practices have same problems. Getting an appointment is difficult especially since covid. It must be difficult as I know that number of people is constantly increasing. There were options previously of using online booking system - options of video call with a doctor - Pushdoctor etc. It’s impossible for everyone to call at 8am to get same day appointment.You don’t always need to see a gp the same day so I feel there should be options for advance booking. It’s great that blood tests / xray services and physiotherapists are available here on site. I’m not aware of any other local practices that offer these services. I have had to use all of them and it’s saved treks to hospital. Thank you to all the staff. It also really helps me that there is a pharmacy in the same building- I know it’s totally separate to the Black Country Family Practice.

    Tephoned concerning my son on a Monday at 7.50 to get ahead in line. Telephoned between then and 8 in a queue so pressed call back. After more than an hour no call back. Rung again got answered to be told all app were gone explained waiting a call back !! So how could you have got rid of all app. Explained that my son had some medical issues and needed to be seen by gp even a nurse no apps I asked if we could come down if someone then didn't turn up we could take their place was told it didn't work that was asked then if we could come end of surgery told no we wouldn't be seen. So called 111 took my son to hospital to be diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and we were very lucky he wasn't in a coma The gp there was furious and all staff at the hospital have commented it is disgusting. We spent a week in hospital and still now we cannot get a gp app.

    I have been to see the Ashtma nurse a couple of time because I can't use the phone I am hard of hearing so I have asked for face to face appointment she was so lovely and friendly and very helpful
