Arrival app not working. Came for blood test and was seen on time. Very friendly nurse, over very quickly. No problems.

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and called in only moments later. I am in the lucky position to not have needed a doctor urgently but can appreciate that people get annoyed not being able to get an appt for weeks. Though this is not the Practice's fault. This is the Tory Government's fault.

We offer a Duty Doctor appointment for patients with an acute medical concern to discuss this acute problem. These appointments are available every day. Seen on time for my appointment with the nurse, nice pleasant caring lady who also checked with me that I had made a follow up appointment to discuss my results.

My recent experience went very well. I only had to wait a few minutes before my appointment with the Nurse, which went very smoothly. However, I do find it a shame that patients are unable to see a Doctor face to face now!

I arrived on time but was unable or to check in using the link I was sent. It that wasn’t an issue because I used the in-house checkin. Only had to wait less than 5 min to see the Nurse. Fast efficient processing and very friendly response by everyone.

Receptionist made every effort to find an appointment which she did for 2 weeks time. She also advised me to do an econsult after which I was called by the doctor and offered treatment same day. Very satisfied.
