I find it a bit suspicious that only positive reviews are posted on here when I don't know anyone who has a good thing to say apart from the friendly receptionists. I am also gobsmacked how they say they are taking on new patients when they can't cope with the ones they've got. Both my daughter and I are suffering but can't speak not see a gp for over two weeks and econsult is always shut saying try again at 8am tomorrow not helpful if you work until 3 and don't have online access at work. I definitely wouldn't recommend this surgery or the nhs.

The actual practice and staff, I cannot fault. However, the telephone answering service, leaves a lot to be desired. One can sit on the phone for upto half an hour waiting for an answer. I live just a mile away, and it is Easier to get in my car and drive down to the centre and talk to some one. The system needs up dating and modernizing. I have been known to be on the end of the phone and it just go dead. Maybe, it can't cope with the demand.

This. Really is a good practice, whether it be for wanting to speak to a GP, follow up appts, general enquiry about appts or anything. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and sympathetic. We are staying living in the area because we don't want to join another surgery as this is the best practice ever. Truly.

I attended the GP and he suggested I have a x-ray but did explain what this is looking for. Also suggested some tablets but did not tell me the name of said tablets, what they do, any side effects, how they will help my issue. Zero exploration into why I am suffering with this issue and felt fobbed off with tablets

I had my overdue Asthma review and obviously had lots to discuss. I was given time to ask questions/explain my issues without feeling guilty for taking potentially more time than allotted for my review. The practice nurse manger gave support and advice that in my opinion will potentially prevent any major flareups with my Asthma and help me throughout the day. I left the practice feeling extremely confident from the help/support and advice I received! Thank you.

The nurses are extremely good. Booking my appointments through them as they are very good at making sure I am seen when needed. Receptionists are pleasant but restricted in what they are able to offer. I know what I need and am able to get this. Overall a good experience as they let me dictate.
