Very impressed with the service I received at Blackwater today. Nice to see a smiley face when booking in. Didn't have to wait too long either. The Doctor I saw was very clued up with regard to my symptoms! Was reassured medication prescribed would certainly help with my condition. Felt really happy with the service received today and hope well run the practice is.

As a fairly new patient to the surgery the service I have received so far has been excellent. Very simple process to transfer surgeries, made even easier by the very helpful receptionists. When I saw the Doctor he was very helpful and welcoming and reassured me getting my medications all set up would be an easy process. Very happy with the transfer I made to Blackwater.

Was able to get through quite quickly on the telephone today. Got an appointment for the afternoon. Very impressed with the process. The Doctor was very friendly and welcoming and was able to prescribe what I needed!

Doctor explained procedure beforehand, administered my steroid injection & went through expectations afterwards 100% satisfaction

Always cheerful and obliging. Having forgotten to order medication in time for holidays, as I have on a previous occasion, the dispensary team organised and prepared medication for collection the following day. All done with a smile and without fuss or drama - well done the dispensary team and thank you for looking after us all.

After waiting just over 5ths for this procedure.I am pleased to say I was seen promptly for my appointment. Doctor carried out the injection very professionally was very efficient in explaining things to me. Thank you very much.

Dear Patient, thank you for providing your feedback regarding your appointment. These types of appointments are generally completed after a short wait, however the practice reviewed our waiting list and recognised that five months was just too long, therefore the practice restructured the way in which the waiting lists work and hopefully unless there are any exceptional circumstances patients will not need to wait more than two months for such a procedure. Doctor was fantastic in helping me with all my problems, no judgement and listened. Pharmacy staff very pleasant and polite. Never had any problems with this surgery ever.
