    Waited weeks for an appointment, waited all day for a telephone appointment because apparently face to face doesn’t exist now unless the doctor see’s fit, gone over my appointment time by 3 hours, doctor is “slightly” behind but will call within 2 hours. Next pre bookable end of December !! I’d love to know how some of the reviews are getting same day appointments!!

    I had an appointment this morning with the nurse for some results only to find the nurse was not in on arrival in time for my appointment I was told by the receptionist they had rung my mobile and home phone to tell the appointment was cancelled but couldn’t get me I was at home all morning and the house phone never rung neither did my mobile which was with me all morning, I also had a text at 08.01am to say I had an appointment today, they offered me another appointment with a doctor for the 15 Dec seeing has the results of my bloods were from July this year I told them to cancel the appointment as I should have been told before now if there was anything wrong with my blood results,

    I have changed my GP practice to Bolton medical centre, this surgery seems best and all the staff has been very great and helpful. MyGp App is very useful to use, can book appointments easily instead of waiting in a queue on phone, Doctors Nurses, Reception staff all the team is great so far, Thank you everyone. Very oositive experience. Keep it up.

    Had an appointment for a flu injection which had been cancelled by the practice once turned up 5 minutes early waited for a further 35 minutes had to leave to pick my grandson up given another appointment 2weeks later

    Takes so long to get an appt and once u do the doctors are so unsympathetic and do not take you seriously it’s been so long I’ve had issues which probably have a simple solution but take so long for doctors to do anything about it I appreciate how hard it is for these nhs staff but it’s unfair for patients to be treated like this.

    I saw one of the practice nurses and the appointment was good. The nurse was very friendly and courteous. More importantly the sample taking of blood was painless😀.

    I contacted the surgery this morning to make 2 appointments. One for the physiotherapist and the other for the GP. Was told to ring back next week as they hadn't uploaded October's work sheet. This is unacceptable. I am ill and need to see a doctor and I was in essence told no, you will have to ring back next week. As a war pensioner who's suffering I cannot believe what was said to me. It is hard enough to get an appointment.
