The staff at Brampton are the friendliest and most accommodating you can find anywhere. I had an appointment on 18th June to see the practice nurse so my wound can be inspected. Arrived few minutes before my appointment time and was seen by the most accommodating and informative nurse, who appeared quite knowledgeable about my condition. Following the wound inspection and replacement of plaster to protect wound, I was immediately given a follow up appointment for the following week, which I attended and, though I was seen 20 minutes later than my appointment time, which was understandable as a new born was being seen just before me, my time with the most friendly and accommodating nurse was very short, as my wound had achieved the progress the nurse hoped and expected. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Came for blood test and the nurse was very polite and spent time talking she took the blood so politely that it did not hurt at all. Explained that the result will be in within a week and if they don’t call me then there is nothing wrong

I started at Brampton Health Centre in the 90’s with a great original team and an exceptional GP. I’m still here and In the past few months there has been a major improvement in the quality of service, from the front desk to the Doctor’s themselves reminding me of why I chose this practice in the first place. I’ve received excellent service from the reception staff. Doctor’s recently have been so helpful and attentive, attempting to drill down into the root causes of issues. In short, they have been brilliant! I know there are a lot of strains on the healthcare system currently so I know we just have to give them a chance. I would definitely recommend this practice now. Thank you guys for being there for people when they are not feeling well!

The fact that there are extensive professionals to cover many medical needs is a big plus. Also, the reception staff are very friendly, patient and helpful, as are the office staff upstairs.

The team in the reception, nurses & pharmacists is extremely professional, helpful and courteous. They all make you feel comfortable and listened to, and they provide very useful and relevant information and advice

I visited the surgery on 11 May to have my holiday vaccinations. The service provided by the surgery was excellent. The nurse explained thoroughly what was needed for my travel. Overall I find everyone at the surgery are very helpful and I am able to get appointments fairly quickly.
