I have recently joined this surgery and happy to have done this. Received attention from the clinical staff and they have listened to my medical issues and taken the necessary steps about this. All the members of the reception staffs are also friendly and have welcoming attitudes. I have read some negative comments, but like to mention that to receive respect and attention is not one-sided but must be reciprocal. As a patient we should show due respect to everyone and should remember that all the members of the reception staff works under pressure and we can't demand various services instantly

This doctors is fabulous. The staff and doctors and nurses have so much care and attention and so so helpful. The receptionist today had such a horrible call. They do not deserve that treatment. They are excellent at their job and deserve respect.

Really helpful staff and lovely GPs. Really helped me get my daughters hospital appointment and kept me updated. Much appreciated

After an abnormal blood test result I was contacted late in the afternoon to attend the surgery.The doctors arrange for me to attend hospital the next morning and I was admitted. This has saved my life I could never thank them enough for their swift response. .

From the lovely ladies on Reception that are very helpful and friendly to all the Nursing staff that makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed to the Doctors with who you can have compleat confidence in that they have your best instrest at heart thank you for looking after us so well
