Receptionist response was good, appointment was punctual,and the professional person I saw was understanding, BP and temperature checks and physical examination was sensitively carried out and treatment plan efficiently executed.

Easy to book a smear test, practice is clean and welcoming. The nurse, it won’t let me leave her name, was super friendly and professional. Explained the procedure well and made me feel at ease.

Booking the appointment was easy, the receptionist was kind and helpful and I had a choice of times for my appointment. The doctor I saw was compassionate and very informative. They answered the questions I had and provided me with websites where I could find more information. Overall it was a great experience.

These appointments are always dreaded but this was easy, comfortable and painless. The nurse was brilliant, kind gentle and put me at ease. I wish they had always like that in previous years.

Practitioner was through and kind with my poorly boy. Explained well about everything he is doing and answered all my questions. Shame he had very little time so was unable to discuss other issues which I had in my mind.

Doctor I saw was very understanding and compassionate. I went in with one condition but doctor was extremely understanding and I was able to ask all my questions which he answered in a very reassuring way.
