    I used the Econsult which worked well. I was contacted within 48 hours by the GP. Very lovely staff including the receptionists and GPs.

    Meet with Dr this week with symptoms of dizziness and nausea. Dr was patient to understand my symptoms and did further diagnosis to conclude the cause. Further explained the medication and treatment. Left surgery with feeling at ease.

    I needed to get medical reports posted on and a blood test form sent to me by email. Both tasks were completed for me within 15 minutes this afternoon. Very many thanks to a busy reception staff member - it is a relief to ‘get things sorted’ - literally instantly ..

    Appointment was thorough and as I arrived early, I was seen 5 minutes early by the GP too which I appreciated. The call back service is so helpful and avoids sitting on hold.

    Excellent response I had an appointment straight away by submitting my symptoms online. The Doctor phoned me within minutes and I walked straight to the surgery

    Arrived 1 minute before appointment time, logged in and as I walked into waiting room I was called for appointment. Nurse explained everything very clearly putting me at ease.

    The staff are very caring, and helpful and polite. I suffer from depression,arthritis sometimes anxiety, fybromyalgia and now been diagnosed diabetic. I have sadly developed most issues due to the trauma of loosing my mother father first born son and only brother in a short number of years. The surgery accommodate my situation of only being able to see certain member of staff. And also the difficulties I have making phone calls and appointments. They are very very helpful. Over the years they have looked after me very well. All staff are very efficient. My nurse is very helpful and looks after me she is helping me with my diet and health. All Dr's. do there job efficiently.The receptionists are all very helpful too. Hope this is helpful. Regards jen

    I had an appointment for breast pain and the doctor was brilliant; she discussed my options with me and together we made an informed decision about how to proceed with changing my medication. I really appreciated her caring and listening approach, and being very sympathetic to the issues I’ve been facing. Thank you, doctor!

    I really appreciate the time the GP spent listening to me and helping find a soloution. I didn’t feel rushed and felt valued and not made to feel like I’m being dramatic, with all my health problems. He listened to my concerns and helped find something that should help me from now on.
