Today I was seen incredibly quickly (within a few hours of submitting an econsult) which is amazing. I can happily say I had a brilliant experience as I always do at this surgery. The doctor was really lovely and friendly and made sure I was well informed on how to help myself whilst unwell. They gave me great advice to help with a problem I didn’t even know I had until examining. Overall a great experience and an even greater doctor.

My doctor was very polite, welcoming and provided exceptional health care. I was extremely impressed with the appointment and I hope he will continue working at the medical centre as I know these days it is very difficult to find health care staff and doctors as professional and polite as he is. I needed to see a doctor urgently and they fitted me in for an appointment later on the same day. A very helpful receptionist dealt with my request promptly.

Great service when needing ear irrigation to remove wax that has prevented me from hearing comfortably. Now my hearing has improved greatly. Quick appointments.

I have seen the pediactric practitioner twice now when bringing my children into the practice. Once for my Daughter, and today for my Son. He has been so good both times - my 12 year old son even commented about how nice and reassuring he was today! Very impressed

I need it cholesterol check up. Blood test very easy painless quick , on time. Ver satisfactory , appointment available at the surgery, didn’t need to go to hospital , saved me time

My twin boys get sick very often. We have been seen today at Bridge Medical Centre and the doctor was amazing with them. He make the kids feel confortable, allowing them to answer to his questions and explaining ahead what he will do next and kids seem to feel confortable with all this.

Had a chat with GP after blood test results and he was quite thorough and managed to go in my medical history record and gave time to understand what are the issues in past few years and based on the past record and recent test recommended further tests and medication. I am quite pleased he took time to understand my problems.
