It was my first time at the walking clinic. It was very useful. Waiting time was 45mins nit bad. The receptionist was helpful. Doctor was very good.

Came as a walk in after not being able to get an appointment with my own GP. The person I saw was rude and dismissive. Hopefully they treat registered patients with a bit more humanity

Came in with a lot of anxiety about my current situation but was treated with such care and empathy. Felt like I was listened to and they took me seriously. A great experience overall!

I’ve been a number of times to this out of hours service. The doctor we saw was extremely attentive and thorough. The reception staff were very busy but still polite and friendly.

Long wait but worth it because she was very nice and made me feel safe. I would defo recommend. All the staff were really friendly and I had an overall great experience.

Went there for a uti infection got seen on time. Very lovely staff there and the doctor was very polite

The practice was very busy, but the staff were extremely efficient in processing the forms through to seeing the doctor. The doctor was very polite, enquiring, and advising on my condition. Recommendations and prescription was provided all in a very timely fashions.

Was very quick and better that my own doctors Walked in and was seen within 30min!!! I couldn’t get an appointment at my own doctors for 11 days!! I was having problems with m asthma treatment was given the prescription I needed very greatful for the help and caring manner I received

Absolute fantastic service. Walked in and seen a GP within 1hr 20, the doctor was very informative and actually interested in what i had to say! We need to give these doctors our respect, 12hrs a day, it was 2pm she still hadn't eaten lunch...x
