Long wait but had been advised of this. Felt very satisfied that Doctor had read my notes and prescribed accordingly following examination

Helpful service because I’m not registered with a Gp in Brighton. I did have to wait for three hours but when I was seen the Gp was polite and helpful and I was issued the prescription needed. Also I was able to be seen on a Sunday, which most Gp practices wouldn’t have done and this prevented me from having to wrongly take my problem to a&e.

I visited the Brighton walk in centre with my 10 month old daughter. The doctor was incredible and professional throughout. He was attentive to our concerns as parents and gave clear and effective advice. A credit to the profession. We left with clear instruction to improve our daughters condition.

Review titled Awful Handling of my case
Rated 1 star out of 5

I arrived to the centre after 111 consultation had told me to self present I filled in the form that was given and handed it back. On the form it stated they would try to see me within 4 hours. I waited for 4 and half hours while people who arrived before me where seen until the centre was practically empty I went to the front desk to ask where I was in the queue as I had been waiting since 3:30 and it was now 7:30 the receptionist told me to take a seat. I was then ushered in and told by the Doctor that on his system it said I hadn't been sat there for 4 hours it looked like I had just walked in. I told him I had not and all he had to say was sorry about that. Unacceptable that something had happened where I had completely been not put on the system and I sat there for 4 hours when I could have been seen within the first hour.

Got to see a GP very quickly, unfortunately they couldn’t carry out the minor nurse led procedure there so referrered back to my GP. However, did manage to get a nurse appointment within two weeks as a result of seeing the walk in GP, thank you 🙏

I injured my ribs and called the service on a Sunday morning. I went in around 12pm and was seen by a doctor within an hour. They examined me thoroughly and explained the likely source of my pain clearly which was reassuring. Kind and friendly staff

Unfortunately diagnosed with Cellulitis just before I came to Brighton but the pain was not going away and had taken all my antibiotics. Daughter persuaded me to get this checked in case I had secondary infection. Reception and doctor so kind to a hard of hearing old guy like me. Still in pain but have that reassurance that it will clear up
