    Me along with my wife and son are suffering with high fever, severe cough and cold. I am trying to get the appointment but never got it. Website is saying you can book appointment through app while app is saying book via call. While we are calling, always waiting number starts with 30 and till the time I got the number it says todays booking is full. There is no option available where I can book doctor's appointment for future. Is this really a GP surgery? Who is getting appointments? I am leaving this surgery now but want to bring to a notice to NHS that if you have this kind of surgery better to shut it off as its useless,

    Suffered a head injury and ended up in A & E. Impossible to get an appointment. The “SystemOnline” to book appointments *Does Not Work!* It never has appointments, even at 8am, when they say they are there! Incredibly rude people on the phone saying this is the only way to get an appointment. Whenever you call at 8am, the phone cuts off after a while. Their website tells you to use the “Dr Iq” app to book appointments. This doesn’t even offer appointments. Thank the lord for 111! Shut this practice down immediately or replace it with another company who is actually capable of running the service. I’ve only managed to get 1 appointment at the surgery thanks to 111. The doctor was actually very good when I was there in the room. She promised to call me back in a few weeks, but I’ve never had any call or letter.

    After actually managing to make an appt which is normally almost impossible I was given a shocking level of care. Completely talked over by the doctor, not listened to at all and my more concerning symptoms left not reviewed at all. This surgery is dangerous.

    This is the worst GP. Staff are very rude and not helpful. It is impossible to get an appointment either through phone or online even after trying one week every day. They asked me for payment for a referral letter for my disabled son which is free as a NHS service. In the end the other NHS service provider managed to get the letter for free by contacting them directly and apparently they did this to other people so it is one of the worst known GP by other NHS service providers. I am wondering why are doing same thing again and putting pressure on parents so they can get money from disabled and sick people which are free through other GPs. very Bad Management?

    This review relates to a routine health check-up call. The pharmacist who I spoke with was very comprehensive, considerate, and fully understood my needs as an individual. I had ample time to discuss my needs and ask any questions. They also sent some helpful links and updated my medical info. to make sure that I'm getting the right care. Very pleased with this.

    After almost 10 years of a condition being overlooked by other surgeries, Brooklands recognised it as abnormal and I have received lots of advice, adjustment of medication, and and thorough follow ups. Thank you for making me aware of CKD do that I can start to help myself.

    Grateful to the staff at Brooklands for seeing something wrong with my bloods and giving me a diagnosis that was overlooked by a previous surgery. Great care and medical service.

    I have a serious issue with this practice but I have had two medication reviews and the pharmacists have been helpful both times. Today’s pharmacist was willing to listen and work together to make sure I had the right dosage of a medication, gave me some autonomy to increase the dose and booked in a further review.

    I had a detailed telephone consultation with the pharmacist that was significantly more thorough than I expected. It took about 20 minutes and covered all areas of my medical care. I most most impressed with professional friendliness and care taken
