    I’ve been suffering from back pain for almost 6months i couldn’t make an appointment and today October 30th 2023 my pain got severe and i’ve try to book and appointment, i was in queue for almost 4hrs and when the number came to 6 the call has been cut by them

    I've been on the phone for over an hour in a queue, waiting to speak to someone so that I can make an appointment. In the end, cut the call! It's not good!

    We have been in an ongoing battle for six months to get a referral and have been repeatedly lied to throughout the process, we have been monumentally failed by this practice. We have contacted them multiple times and been given misinformation to just turn up at other location for tests without a referral, they've told us they haven't received results which they actually receive the following day after the tests and the last face to face appointment we have, we had to explain to the doctor what he needed to do, because he didn't understand. I've never felt so profusely let down and broken and this has been damaging to our long term mental health, but they wouldn't care.

    No one answers the phone Impossible to get an appointment unless they are told to by 111 Repeat prescriptions not sent to Pharmacy in the timescale promised When will something be done?

    The practice has been excellent when helping me manage multiple conditions with thorough, supportive and regular reviews. Discussions about changes to facilitate improvements have always been helpful. Well-being is important to everyone I have spoken to at all levels.

    Multiple times now I have been waiting in a telephone queue at 8 o clock in the morning to try and get an appointment and then to be told there isn't any. I was also told to go online at 7, went on the online system at 7 and saw the only appointment disappear in front of my very eyes. Clicked on book and then it had disappeared. I have also had a few times now where I have put in for a repeat prescription on the online system, gone to the pharmacy a few days or a week later like it said and been told that it hadn't been approved by the GP, had to phone the surgery, wait half an hour on hold to chase for a dr to approve it, then wait at least an hour for it to appear on the system at the pharmacy.

    First of all i have been with this surgery for past 5 years and I have visited urgent care more then i had attended the surgery only because they hardly give any appointments. I have been trying to get an appointment for my skin condition and they have been rejecting me from past week after waiting an hour in queue every time its the same answer. I finally got a call appointment today and the receptionist gave me time for 11:15. To make sure i get the right time i confirmed with her the time again and yet they didn’t call me. At 11:20 I called the surgery to find out as why I haven’t received the call yet and they said the Doctor tried to call at 10:35 and your phone was busy. I told her i was only given the time slot for 11:15 and she goes yes but the doctor can call anytime between 9-5. I was in state of utter disappointment as what is she saying. Is it me or other people too find it a complete nonsense. What rubbish is this, why give time slot when they can call anytime. Also the staff is under trained as one says something and the other one says something else. This whole situation would have been avoided if i had known this earlier that the doctors are not bound by time and so they don’t follow appointment times but do as they wish. Its a shame that the Nhs is still keeping deaf ears and blind eyes towards this practice even after all these complains and issues they are not improving this surgery even one bit. Should have been better off on benefits, atleast that way I wouldn’t have worried about my tax money going into waste for not getting the service right.

    Good luck getting an appointment. Highly possible you might die first. You call first thing at 8, every day you are being told there are no appointments. I had a 3 weeks old baby needing to see a doctor, after calling every day for 3 days hearing there are no appointments I gave up, went there crying and magically got a call back... Ridiculous.
