The practitioner who did my blood test was wonderful. I told her that I am scared to give blood and she confort me so well that I didn't feel any pain or anxiety. It was so smooth. Really happy and grateful to her.

I recently had a telephone appointment with the pharmacy, and I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received. The pharmacist, was exceptional in understanding my health concerns and provided clear and effective guidance on how to address them moving forward. They communicated each step of the process very effectively, ensuring I felt reassured and informed throughout the conversation. The professionalism and empathy made a significant difference, and I left the call feeling much more confident about managing my health.

It was difficult to find and book appointment in this gb health centre but finally I got and the amazing thing that is the doctor who called me an analyst my problem was absolutely amazing , calm and understanding and treated me well as well as i want in the perfect way thanks a lot

Had my first b12 injections and was called in 5 mins after my appointment but all good otherwise, have a got another 5 more appointments. Does seem to be seen faster and queries are been taken seriously

I have been trying to get gp's appointment for the last month. I had a surgery two years ago, i was told by the surgery they cant find this on my record. I had a surgery last week and needed to see a GP for the past one week. I was told each time despite calling at 8 on the dot, no gp, call back tomorrow

I saw the make practice physio today. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. He involved me in his determination into the potential causes of my symptoms, and made a plan of action for me to follow. He promised to send through links for exercises for me to follow while I waited for a referral for active physio / PT with an associated company. By the time I got home I had received all of the information promised. I was very impressed and pleased with the care, attention and proactiveness given by the practice physio. I would 100% recommend this physiotherapist for physio assessment. I’d also like to extend thanks to the lady receptionist at the surgery today who was very helpful in booking appts. for me. Thank you.

I saw a nurse for a ECG today and she was/is excellent, very professional and caring. I don’t usually see the same doctor twice which I personally find difficult.

At a regular medication review, i mentioned to the Pharmacist that i felt lacking in energy. He arranged for a blood test within a week, and this confirmed my B12 level was low. I needed a series of 6 infections over 2 weeks which I was able to book at the same time every day with the very helpful receptionist. On one occasion I was 1 hour late (my fault), yet the Nurse Practioner was able to fit me in. Perfect!

The pharmacist is polite, patient, insightful and caring. He asked lots of questions and gave me some useful advice. It was a pleasure to review my son's medication with him.

Like other GP surgery's you have to call @ 08:00am. This month every time I have called and got through at 8, the message explains that there are no appointments for today. When I enquired later in the day to how I would be able to get an appointment I was told I would have to call at 08:00 am, I was also told that there were no GP's available but should get better now that the school's are back. Not sure why that would be?? The practice is taking on new patients, should that be allowed to happen if they cannot provide a service for existing patients!!
