    I made an appointment by telephone for my partner r , who struggles to walk far due to arthritis. He was invited by txt for a flu/covid jab. The Receptionist gave me 12th October 12.10 and said he would not receive reminder. When he arrived there was no clinic that day and nor was he booked in on the following week. this is not acceptable and he struggled to get to surgery. Not too long ago i was told someone would call to review my medication and the reception staff never took my name or number, but gave me an appointment anyway I had to call the surgery back not good enough,sad to see the decline in nhs standards

    I had a blood test 6 weeks ago and was told to contact for a non urgent telephone appointment I did this but still no appointments available to follow up results. Supposed to have a medication review, cancelled once rescheduled for Friday 13th September today no call has been received. No one there cares been with them years. Guess i just dont matter

    Went today to change address, where receptionist were very rude. I showed council tax bill which shows date 1st April - 31st march 2025, she said she can't accept it. Then I showed her saving account statement showing date and address on it and dated on 19.08.2024, she said it's not good as it s not bank statement. Finally I showed her actual bank statement dated 16.08.2024 she said it's not bank statement. As I showed it on the phone , she started to scroll down to see my payments and everything else. I don't like strangers checking my payments, I don't think she was allowed to do so. I couldn't see her badge as well to see who she is and her name. I told her I don't like her to look at my payments, after that she accepted proof of address. In my opinion this person needs extra training in place and leave her own problems at home while she is at work. Zero professionalism. And she represents the face, backbone of practice. I'm in this GP practice for age's and never had any problems. I would like her to understand her borders with patients personal life and stop letting the practice down.

    I’m disappointed at the wait time for call to be answered ie 10 minutes on 4th June ..other times has been as long . Why can gps not see patients without it taking about 3 wks for a regular appointment? Walk-in centre is becoming a better option for people that need medication with our it being life or death . Gap needs to be bridged somehow ..

    Hi Manni, I am sorry to hear you had to wait longer then you would have liked. Due to the increase in demand it is having a major impact on capacity. We have recruited a record number of receptionists, a new phone system and recruited more medical professionals. However, demand is still impacting us and many other practices in Coventry. If you would like to discuss this further, please pop into the surgery and ask to speak to a member of management.

    Very recently i called practice and although fully booked that day i asked to see a nurse as i really did not feel great .I was able to see the nurse practitioner and with in 5 minutes the nurse knew i was not well and called a dr to see me.A ambulance was called and while waiting for the ambulance to take me to hospital the nurse checked on me and the receptionists also kept an eye on me.I was very scared as it was serious but just from having reassurances from the staff kept me calm.I know myself that in the past I have cursed when no appointments available but when it comes to emergency treatment no one can fault this surgery and its staff,

    I am a carer for a patient in your practice and would just like to send praise for the wonderful service we always receive - the paramedics who have come out the last twice are very thorough and so pleasant and reassuring to my client so I just wanted to say thank you so much

    Recent experience, excellent, however, I had to wait almost 1 hour to speak to a receptionist today, and I was 7th in line. Judging by this length of time, if you haven't got a medical emergency when you first call, you've certainly got one by the time you get through.

    I have certain health issues including a build up of ear wax from time to time, bouts of gout from time to time and more recently had a stroke which resulted in the permanent and virtual loss of sight in my left eye. I have been on a prescription to reduce the blood pressure which was stopped. Regularly been sent on blood tests the outcome of which I have been left completely in the dark and the majority of times I go to the walk in centre if I need medical treatment. I told the in somewhat forthright terms what I thought of them and have been de-registered. Will I notice any difference Probably not.

    You have been removed as a patient as you have been rude and abusive towards our staff. This is not the first occasion that you have been inappropriate towards staff members. We operate zero tolerance with bad behaviour towards our staff.

    At 08.00 number 32 in call list; eventually connected. No appointments today (30th) or tomorrow. June appointments not able to be booked. Not actually been to surgery since before Covid (I.e. more than four years and in mid 80’s. The surgery used to be excellent and has been recommended by me before, but not anymore for sure.What has happened with regard to guidelines etc for care of the ‘elderly/well being checks? Very disappointed and anxious about future care.

    So my tablets were organised that I just collect them from Morrisons and they automatically get sent over 2 months at a time. This was sorted by a lovely lady at the surgery some time ago. Last Saturday I went to Morrisons to be told there were no tablets as now they had to be ordered and were no longer automatic. So I then ordered my tablets via the NHS app. Went to collect them on Tuesday, no tablets as my request via the app was declined. Called the surgery at 9 this morning and was told someone would call me back. Nearly 3pm and no call back. Called the surgery and pressed the option for prescriptions. Now been on the phone for nearly an hour and I'm still caller number 3. Feeling really poorly as now haven't had a tablet for days. Very anxious as no clue how I'm going to get this sorted. Don't know what to do to get my tablets? I have had no contact requesting a review so have no understanding why the request was declined?

    I am sorry to hear this. Demand is currently very high at the Practice and there can be delays getting through to us. Please contact the Surgery and ask to speak to the Practice Manager who will look at this matter for you.
