    Some potentially troubling symptoms following recent heart surgery. The GP assigned was extremely understanding and diligent in investigating and considering all the potential causes. She was reassuring and provided sensible options for applying the precautionary principle in case a bacterial infection was involved. I felt both reassured and supported in being given options depending on whether symptoms improved or worsened. Could not recommend more highly. Exemplary GP service.

    The staff at Brunswick are really helpful I have for my family made several calls about different things, and the staff have always gone out of there way to help I always have a positive attitude with them and never get frustrated or angry. They are doing there jobs to the best of there ability in stressful NHS conditions If every patient was patient and kind everyone would have a same outcome I have and I know that that isn’t the case Rudeness get you now where

    I had to make an emergency appointment following a week’s diarrhea and bad abdominal pain . The doctor I had seen took more time and care I have seen and experienced in many many years . She really took time to investigate and even rang my surgeon following an endoscopy to exclude any post procedure problems . I felt in very good hands and after recommending to go straight to A & E which I did, the pain was seen to immediately after receiving various intravenous drips. I felt like a new person in the morning again. Generally when I call in , there is always a friendly voice on the other site of the phone . I now changed my surgery 3 x within a year but confident, I have found the perfect surgery practice for me .

    This practice has been the worse ever practice I have ever signed up for. I sent an image of my acne as requested and they never even called me back until I called them two days later when the doctor should have called me, this is not patient centered care at all. When I then got my antibiotics, the dose is incorrect. I’ve called again and then it took me ages to even clarify if the dose is correct

    I must say that I’m very impressed with the appointment system at the practice - submitted econsult and had response promptly and appt the same same. All we hear is GP appts difficult to get but I can honestly say on multiple occasions the econsults for my family have been dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Always feel doctors are thorough and caring. I’ve been with the practice fir many years and very happy with the whole service.

Whether you access the eConsult online system via our website or through the NHS app on your mobile phone, our eConsult system is the most effective and efficient way of contacting the practice for medical or administrative enquiries/ We review and action your eConsult enquiry quickly, usually within 24 hours, and respond accordingly to offer you an appointment or other service as necessary. We work hard to ensure our systems and procedures are streamlined and tailored to the needs of our patients and to offer our patients the best possible care and service. All our staff receive regular training and maintain and expand their clinical skills and knowledge.     staff of brunswick park medical practice (the practice) are always ready to help, efficient and nice. i needed an urgent change of gp from my previous one to the practice. they listened with heart to my wife's explanation and did the registration on urgent basis. i could then be discharged home fast. thank you! they are lovely angels who should be treated with respect and smilies!

    My experience of this practice and the doctors has been excellent. The doctors have really listened and treated me as a partner in maintaining my health. I have been seen promptly and I am registered blind and the practice has taken my needs into account. A big thank you to everyone who works at Brunswick Park.

    Our family health issues have been speedily and sympathetically dealt with by both face to face appointments and telephone follow ups. We have been able to arrange preliminary appointments within a reasonable period of time using the telephone booking system as the on line system (which we do not mind using if a sufficient number of appponyments is released) was not available at that time.
