I had contacted the practice previously in regards to a discoloured mole and they had been very good and helpful.The mole then in a very short space of time changed.I contacted my surgery and the receptionist gave me some absolutely invaluable advice on how to deal with the situation and the response was absolutely first class.

I recently attended for my cervical smear test - not something that I look forward to and was feeling a bit anxious but the nurse was so professional and put me completely at ease - she was so efficient in her job - high praise indeed

Doctor has a friendly, encouraging demeanor. Really listens and takes action to resolve the problem with flexibility to adjust treatment if it’s not quite working very happy with this appointment

Ear infection . Problems with nose which I was worried about . And rare shape mole. The dr I saw today was incredibly through. I had 3 problems and normally they rush you but she was amazing and put my mind at rest . Very polite and she didn't rush to see next patient . It was nice to actually be seen and felt the time I spent was entirely on the matters in hand .

The receptionist was very helpful in getting a cortizone injection appointment bought forward as my knee is so painful

Just an appointment for blood tests, but the doctor was very pleasant and took the time to talk about other issues that I brought up and recommended possible options.
